1. Sponsor. This giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by SeoulfulSF ("Sponsor"), 1100 Sullivan Ave, #3236, Daly City, CA 94015, United States.

2. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is greater) at the time of entry. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry Period. The Giveaway begins July 6, 2026 and ends July 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time. Entries submitted before or after this period are void.

4. How to Enter. During the Entry Period, on Instagram: (a) follow @seoulfulsf; (b) like the official Giveaway post; and (c) tag a friend in the comments of that post. Each unique friend tagged in a separate comment counts as one (1) entry, up to a maximum of ten (10) entries per person. Optional bonus: share the Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @seoulfulsf for one (1) additional entry. Tagged accounts must be real; spam, duplicate, or fake accounts will be disqualified. Standard data rates may apply.

5. Prizes. Three (3) prizes will be awarded, one (1) per winner, with no duplicate winners:

  • Grand Prize (1): BTS Bangtan ARMY Duffle Travel Bag (approximate retail value $54.99).
  • Banner Prize (2): one (1) banner of the winner's choice from the SeoulfulSF Banners collection (approximate retail value $20.00 each).

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $94.99. Prizes ship free to winners within the United States. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged or substituted, and no cash alternative is offered, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Prizes are claimed through the SeoulfulSF online store using a one-time discount code provided to the winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification. Winners will be chosen by random drawing from all eligible entries on or about July 31, 2026 at approximately 8:30 PM Pacific Time, announced live on the Sponsor's Instagram. Winners will be contacted only by direct message from @seoulfulsf or by email from support@seoulfulsf.com. The Sponsor will never request payment and will never contact winners from any other account. Winners must respond and claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of notification; discount codes expire fourteen (14) days after they are issued. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or the prize is unclaimed, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

7. Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Instagram Release. This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability and acknowledge that Instagram is not responsible for this Giveaway. You are providing your information to the Sponsor, not to Instagram.

9. Publicity. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize, a winner grants the Sponsor permission to use their Instagram handle and public entry content for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.

10. Limitation of Liability. By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance or use of any prize. The Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical failures of any kind.

11. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and is used only to administer the Giveaway.

12. General. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules or tampers with the entry process, and to modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway if fraud or technical issues compromise its integrity. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.

13. Winners List. To request the identities of the winners, message @seoulfulsf after August 1, 2026.
