Thank you for shopping with SeoulfulSF. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
Because all orders are packed and shipped by hand, processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, product launches, or holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a separate email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. SeoulfulSF is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Domestic & International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees that are not included in your order total. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
SeoulfulSF is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
SeoulfulSF is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, SeoulfulSF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
We strongly recommend shipping to a secure address.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Approved claims will receive a replacement at no additional cost, in accordance with our Return & Replacement Policy.
