Return & Replacement Policy — SeoulfulSF
At SeoulfulSF, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to replace it.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason including, but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or style selected
- Delayed shipping
- Normal wear and tear
Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.
Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items Only
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Or you received the wrong item
contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

(Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.)
Once approved, we will arrange a free replacement. In most cases, you will not be required to return the damaged item.
Conditions
- Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible.
- We reserve the right to refuse replacement requests that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, or normal wear.
- Replacements are only issued for the same item (no substitutions or refunds).
Non-Replaceable Items
We do not offer replacements for:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged after use
- Issues reported outside the claim window
