Some items in our store may be offered as special purchase options, including pre-orders, subscriptions, or try-before-you-buy items. This policy explains how changes and cancellations work for these purchase types.
Pre-Orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet in stock or not yet available for immediate shipment.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The item will ship at a later date.
- Estimated shipping dates are not guaranteed and may change.
Cancellations
- Pre-orders may be canceled before the order has been fulfilled.
- Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If a pre-order becomes impossible to fulfill, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
